 How do I log into my NetSelect account?:

   I cannot remember my Customer Number / Password. What can I do?:

   In the event that you cannot remember your Customer Number or your password,
   please use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to
   access your account.

   I need to reset my Password. What are the Password requirements?:

   For security reasons, all NetSelect account passwords MUST contain:

  • 9 to 12 characters
  • At least 1 capital letter
  • At least 1 number

  
   I requested my Customer Number and/or Password be emailed to me but
   I have not received an email. What can I do?:

   Please call our 24x7 Customer Support department at (480) 624-2500 and ask the
   representative to assist you with a Password Reset. If you are not able to reset your
   password over the telephone, the representative will give you further instructions on
   submitting a request to our Domain Services department.
